Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on digital products or services, which means you will be given boutique credit, to be applied within 90 days, instead of a refund

Damages and issues
Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing and ask any questions if you need clarification. Please contact us immediately if there have been any errors with the purchase (i.e. forgot to apply the discount code, or clicked the wrong item) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Additionally, let us know if you are having tech issues or trouble accessing the content.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot give credit on sales or gift cards. However, gift cards can be transferred by contacting us at the email address above.

Contact us immediately if you've purchased the incorrect experience.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your credit request, and let you know if the credit is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be asked to choose a new offering within 90 days. Please remember our calendar can book out quickly so let us know if we can help you get enrolled in the experience you are most looking forward to!
